About Aaradhyaa & Co. — Built on Experience, Driven by Results
Aaradhyaa & Co. is a Mumbai-based infrastructure firm that builds, operates, and maintains critical pumping and water management systems. We are a registered partnership firm, established in 2021 — but the expertise behind the company runs considerably deeper than our founding date suggests.
Our founder, Mr. Nilesh Jamdar, has spent 26 years executing infrastructure projects across India — from industrial works in Maharashtra to tunnels in the North-East, earthquake rehabilitation in Bhuj, and large-scale BMC contracts in Mumbai. Aaradhyaa & Co. was built specifically to focus that experience on urban water infrastructure, where the need for delivery-accountable, long-term partners is clear.
Since our first project, the focus has been consistent: take on the work that matters, execute it properly, and stay accountable through the full operational life of the asset. That approach has taken us from a standing start to ₹80 crore in FY 2025-26 turnover, 35+ completed projects, and over 120 people on the team.

The Founder — Mr. Nilesh Jamdar
Mr. Nilesh Jamdar began his infrastructure career in 1997 at A.G. Daftary & Co., managing industrial projects for Century Rayon and Century Chemicals. He moved to Unity Infraprojects in 1999, rising to General Manager, Business Development, where he worked across critical infrastructure and real estate contracts.
In 2005, he founded Jamdar Construction and independently executed roughly 15 infrastructure projects across Maharashtra. Between 2011 and 2021, he led approximately 20 more projects through multiple SPVs spanning transport, irrigation, industrial, and real estate sectors.
In 2021, he founded Aaradhyaa & Co. to focus specifically on urban water infrastructure in Mumbai. The company has grown consistently every year since.
Across his career, Mr. Jamdar has executed 35+ major infrastructure projects, raised over ₹580 crore in project financing through financial institutions and investment partners, and managed proceedings that have included arbitration and Supreme Court escalation — a breadth of experience that very few infrastructure founders bring to a company at this stage.

Disciplines covered in-house include civil engineering, mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and ongoing O&M — meaning we can deploy across any project scope without outsourcing core technical functions.

Financial Health and Stability
Aaradhyaa & Co. is entirely debt-free, with no external borrowings, leveraged expansion, or financial liabilities affecting project execution. The Company has achieved consistent and sustainable growth, increasing its turnover from ₹6 crore in FY 2021–22 to ₹58 crore in FY 2024–25. Building on this strong financial foundation, the Company projects a turnover of ₹80 crore in FY 2025–26, reflecting disciplined growth driven by operational excellence, prudent financial management, and a robust project portfolio.
